Nuscio provides a conversational AI interface that connects to your existing business systems (ERP, CRM, accounting software, etc.) and allows authorised users to query and update those systems using natural language.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Nuscio does not claim ownership of any data you submit through the Service. Your data remains in your systems of record.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nuscio retrieves data directly from your systems of record. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for decisions made based on information retrieved through the Service.

7. Pilot Programs

Pilot programs are provided at no cost and may be terminated by either party at any time. No long-term commitment is required during the pilot phase.
